1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • During peak periods, please allow additional time for order processing. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.00
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $15.00
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day): $30.00
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping (10-20 business days): $25.00
    • Express International Shipping (5-10 business days): $50.00

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to provide you with the best possible shipping rates and delivery times.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • For domestic shipments, you can expect to receive your tracking information within 48 hours of your order being shipped.
  • For international shipments, tracking information may be limited once the package leaves the United States.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Prisha Gems is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages and Missing Items

Prisha Gems is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us at prishagems@gmail.com and we will assist you in tracking your package.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
